This low-profile seat from Chicco can be used in place of a high chair at home or as a portable option when you’re dining out. It hooks directly onto the table, securing with a one-pull tightener that cinches it into place and releasing quickly by pinching two tabs together. An included, snap-on tray provides an easy-to-clean eating surface. And the seat cover snaps on and off for washing without removing the seat from the table.

Super easy to use, the one-pull tightener is what sets this chair apart from similar seats, which use screw-on clamps to attach to the table.

While it folds quickly for portability and has a built-in carrying strap, it’s not super compact when folded. Plus, the cinching mechanism adds weight. So while this chair could be a great choice for home use or dining out in town, it’s not as good for longer travel.
